The Nissan Micra Cup expands outside of Quebec this year, and into Ontario. And to commemorate the first season of the Micra Cup, a special limited edition is being offered. It consists of special minilite-style wheels, throwback racing stripes, and a plaque signed by Olivier Bedard, the first ever Nissan Micra Cup Champion. This special edition is limited to 250 units Canada-wide, and will be arriving in showrooms early this spring.
As for the Micra Cup, it expands into Ontario with races at Mosport (July 7-10 and September 2-4), Calabogie (Season opener, May 14-15), and a special, to-be-announced location. On your mark, get set, go!

Theoretically, we could make it to that Calabogie race.

They start at $7k or so US for one with crank windows and no A/C (you still get an aux jack), to about $12k US for a loaded SR model with colour display stereo, a backup camera, 16" alloys, leather wrapped wheel and shifter, automatic gearbox, and sports appearance features.

Calabogie is only 3.5 hours from me. So depending on if I'm working when it's on I could maybe join
